Arleen Richardson, Search Consultant
Arleen has more than 20 years of healthcare experience in administration, financial management, project management, systems analysis and physician recruiting. She has 10 years of consulting experience with medical practices on establishing policies and procedures, management, monitoring budgets and oversight of account receivables and expenses. She has a bachelor's degree in business and a Master's degree in business administration. Skiing, hiking and curling up on the couch with a good book are some favorite activities when she's not in the office.
Tracy Ibarra, Search Consultant
Tracy has more than 10 years of business experience within the medical and legal industries. She has worked closely with physicians for the past five years, and specializes in placing hospitalists, OB-GYN physicians and family practitioners. She has a bachelor's degree in business with an emphasis on administration, and is an active member of the National Association of Physician Recruiters. She is also a fitness instructor with a special interest in water aerobics.
Karen Zeller, President
Karen Zeller, President and Owner, has more than 25 years of experience in psychiatric nursing, clinic administration, practice development/management, physician recruitment and consultation. She founded Rocky Mountain Medical Search in 1995, providing medical search and consultation services. She is an active member of the National Association of Physician Recruiters and has served on the Ethics Committee, Board of Directors and has completed two terms as president of NAPR. She enjoys gardening, hiking and snowshoeing in her spare time.
Cliff Zeller, Consultant
Though maintaining his own part-time medical practice, Cliff will aid Rocky Mountain Medical Search in program development and physician communications. With more than 20 years of administrative experience in the health care industry, Cliff enjoys working with practicing physicians and physician leaders. He is an avid woodworker in his spare time.
Sara Nesbitt, Marketing Consultant
Sara has more than 10 years of experience in the journalism, public relations and marketing industries. She's a former reporter with a bachelor's degree in print journalism, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in library science. When not hiking or skiing, she's cheering on the Green Bay Packers.
