•   Registered Nurse-over 25 years of experience in psychiatric nursing, clinic administration, practice development / management, physician recruitment, and consultation
•   Active member of National Association of Physician Recruiters since 1996. Serving on the Ethics Committee, 1999-2004, and Board of Directors 2000-present. President of the Association from 2003-2004 and again from 2006-2007.
•   11 year track record of finding the “right fit” for practicing physicians considering mid-career changes, as well as graduating residents and fellows seeking their first positions

Tracy Ibarra, Search Consultant

•   Over ten years of business experience within the medical and legal communities. She has worked closely with physicians for five years. Tracy specializes in placing primary care physicians.

Arleen Richardson, Search Consultant

•   Over 20 years of broad based healthcare experience in administration, financial management, project management, systems analysis, and physician recruitment.
•   Ten years of consulting with medical practices working on building projects and establishing practice policies and procedures. Managed practices, monitoring budgets, over site of accounts receivables and expenses.
