Rocky Mountain Medical Search is a medical search firm for the recruitment and permanent placement of physicians. We are located in the front range of the Rocky Mountains, we work collaboratively with other recruitment firms throughout the country. We have many opportunities available that are not listed on our website, if you do not see an opportunity that meets your criteria, please contact us. We will work to find quality opportunities for your consideration. Through our extensive network of colleagues, we will coordinate the listings that may be of interest to you. Following is a discussion of services provided by RMMS. This list is general in nature, changes are made to customize each search to fit the needs of candidates and clients.

Initial telephone conference with RMMS consultant begins the process of understanding your practice preferences, geographic and community preferences, and family needs. This personal exchange of information is integral to developing a profile for an employment opportunity that will meet the criteria that you have defined as being important. Subsequent telephone conversations help to develop our understanding of your clinical preferences as well as the personal and recreational options you are seeking in a community. This information enables us to filter opportunities, finding the best possible options. |

Spouse/partner conference, when appropriate, for evaluation of candidate's family needs regarding spouse/partner occupation, family educational requirements, desired recreational activities, general life style and commitment to relocation. |

Screening and presentation of opportunities that we feel fit your criteria most closely. |

Preparation of candidate for strong, optimal on-site interview. Assistance in coordination of site visits, arrangements for travel, coordination of customized spouse/family visit. |

Assistance in the evaluation of the relative strengths of practice opportunities, review of compensation and benefit trends. |

Follow up with both clinic/hospital and physician candidate after the site visit, facilitation of contract negotiations when appropriate. |

Contact monthly between contract signing and start date to ensure smooth, efficient and successful relocation and transition to new community. |
